And with seven golf courses in a 12-mile radius of our cottages and many more courses a little further afield, Hayloft Courtyard Cottages are the perfect pad from which to discover them all. The challenging St Mellion course is only 15 mins away. The famous Looe Golf Club, designed by six-times open champion, Harry Vardon, and boasting some of the most breathtaking views of any course in Britain, is a mere 10 mins drive. We’ve teamed up with The Hayloft Restaurant, situated a short chip away, to offer golf enthusiasts and their families a holiday package designed to keep everybody happy, well fed and entertained. We can book the tee times and buggies for your party in advance and make reservations at the restaurant. Whatever your plans, we’ll tailor your golfing weekend break or holiday to suit you. We can easily cater for large groups, help you arrange mini tournaments and make sure that you get home safely after the 19th. And best of all, once you’re back here, you’ve got a top-class restaurant that will cater for your party or family and an excellent local pub, The Sportsman’s Arms, literally a few moments away. Non-golfers need not worry: there’s loads to do for partners and children. 5 mins down the road is Adrenalin Quarry and Kartworld, featuring The UK’s Longest Zip Wire flying over a huge lake and upto 40mph go-karting on Cornwall’s premier family track. 15 mins drive takes you to the lovely fishing town of Looe, which has a beautiful beach and offers numerous boat trips around the island and fishing trips for amateur and pro alike. Surfing at Newquay is only 45 minutes away, cinemas and shopping at Plymouth only 20 minutes drive or by train.
